Ebookers heavily personalised 'Map' mail packs were sent out to online bookers. The maps featured customised itinerary based on information gathered at point of booking. IE: If you were a foodie you'd have key restaurants marked etc. This campaign included a selection of cities throughout the world and won a Caples and Precision Marketing Gold awards.

P&O special-build poster. This idea was to bring to life in a dramatic 3D fashion and to extoll the virtues of P&Os new faster service to France. It was seen outside Clapham Junction, one of Londons busiest stretches of railway and created a lot of PR value.

To help announce a hot new loyalty scheme programme a DM and online campaign was devised using a heat resistant glove. On average only a third of loyalty scheme members redeem their points because they grow cold about the offers, or the prizes seem unobtainable. Latitude put the heat back into customer relationships with a hot new thinking in loyalty schemes.

Microsoft launched new simpler thinking on licensing and wanted a B2B mailer with stand out. I devised a slider mailer in the guise of a radio tuner to symbolise the fine tuning Microsoft were engaged in. Needless to say it gave licensing a better reception.
Newspaper Marketing Agency wanted to let advertisers know they were better putting their media spend in press rather than TV. We boxed the findings from neuroscientific research in an elaborate mailer to have the greatest stand out, complete with booklet and DVD.
